This is the best seller I've ever encountered. I was looking up modded 360s for a little bit. I talked to some other sellers and they didn't want to answer any questions I had. He even helped me with an issue after the console arrived. I had an issue with getting BO2 to play zombies and he was right there to step me through how to fix it. This was a gift I got for my kids and myself (really myself) to play older games and relive my childhood. It arrived before Christmas as we expected. It's not plug and play and there were some issues getting the system to play all the older games. The seller has been working with me to fix these issues. There was a flash drive with the emulators loaded on it that I needed. After it was sent it got lost in the mail, so the seller re-sent it — awesome customer service. Once the second flash drive arrived it did not work properly but the seller found the issue and we worked together to fix it — awesome customer service again. We have the 360, OG Xbox and Sega games/emulators working. We are currently working on getting the NES, SNES and MAME emulators to work. The seller and I live in different time zones but are working together.
